This policy explains how Bob's Lumber Empire ("the app", "we") handles information when you play the app on Android. We are the developer of the app; we do not operate any servers of our own and we do not ask you to create an account.
Your game progress (cash, capacity, upgrades) is saved only on your device, in the app's local storage inside the app sandbox. We cannot read, receive or transfer it. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, this information is permanently deleted. Clearing app data in Android Settings deletes your progress. The app does not offer a cloud save feature.
The app includes two third-party SDKs from Yandex. They are the only components that transmit information off your device. We do not add any of our own analytics or advertising code.
The app shows optional rewarded video ads. They appear only when you choose to watch one, and they are the only way the developer earns revenue. No ads are shown otherwise.

The app includes Yandex AppMetrica, an analytics SDK that provides us with anonymous usage statistics. It may collect:

All data transferred by these SDKs is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, photos, files, contacts, calendar, messages, health or financial data, precise GPS location, web browsing history, or advertising preferences for our own purposes. We do not operate our own analytics or advertising servers and we do not run our own trackers.
We do not sell your information. Data collected by the SDKs is processed by Yandex, which stores it on servers located in Russia and other countries. You can learn about Yandex's cross-border data handling in its privacy information linked above.
You can delete the data stored on your device at any time by clearing the app's storage in Android Settings (Settings → Apps → Bob's Lumber Empire → Storage → Clear storage) or by uninstalling the app. This also deletes your game progress. Because the app has no server-side account, we hold no copy of your progress and cannot delete anything for you; the identifiers mentioned above are tied to the device and are removed when the app is uninstalled or the data is cleared.

This game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. Advertising is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information for our own purposes. Because the app contains no accounts and does not knowingly collect personal information, it is not directed at children and we do not apply an age-based design label.
The app uses the internet to load web fonts and to serve advertising. Core gameplay works offline. Advertising requires an internet connection; if you choose not to connect, ads will not load and your progress still saves locally.
You may request information about the data associated with you, request its deletion, object to its processing, and withdraw consent, by contacting us at the email address below. You can also reset or delete the Advertising ID in your Android device settings.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update means the new policy applies to you.
